| 내용 | Job duties cover all office premises in Singapore/Malaysia/Ships and associated regional offices Install, support & maintain servers or other computer system from LAN, WAN & Tele/IP-Communication Administer, change, repair all IT related equipment in Star Cruises data centre and associated offices Project management for system - related projects, supervising, training, planning & responding to service outage & other problem Provide technical IT assistance and attend to all tasks or project commissioning arising from IT - Headquarter and ships called into Singapore Govern controls and enforce best known practices at contingency time, systems recovery and for business continuity Analysing system logs and identifying potential issues with computer systems Introducing and integrating new technologies into existing data centre environments Performing routine audits of systems and software and backups Applying operating system updates, patches, and configuration changes Installing and configuring new hardware and software Adding, removing, or updating user account information, resetting passwords etc. Answering technical queries Responsibility for security, documenting the configuration of the system Troubleshooting any reported problems System performance tuning Ensuring that the network infrastructure is up and running |
